CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have reserved time and space especially for you. If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know. Appointments are auto canceled 10 minutes after your designated appointment time. Cancellations less than 24hrs before appointment time will be charged 50% of the service. No shows will be charged 50% of the service.

If you arrive at your appointment sick or with a cold sore you will be rescheduled. If you run late to your appointment your time will be cut short or the appointment will be rescheduled and the 50% charge with apply.

No Call/No Show, Last minute Cancellations (less than 24 hrs) for pre-purchased Spa packages are forfeited and no refund will be issued for missed appointments or spa packages.

We all get busy, as such, leading up to your appointment, we will send out several reminder emails and/or text messages to confirm your appointment. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card if you are late, cancel (less than 24 hrs prior to appnt) or no show.

No refunds will be issued for prepaid appointments.
